Data deletion

Option 1 · Revoke access from the platform

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select "Aetheron Redes" → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → "Aetheron Redes" → Remove.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Aetheron Labs → Remove.
• Once access is revoked we can no longer publish. We delete the stored authorization and any data obtained from that platform within 30 days.

Option 2 · Ask us by email

Write to hello@aetheronlabs.com with the subject "Delete my data from Aetheron Labs", stating your name, your company and, where applicable, the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn profile. We will confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days, with a confirmation code.

What we keep

Only what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices), for the legal period. Content already published on your accounts belongs to you and you can delete it yourself on each platform.
