1. Who we are

2. Services

Services, what each includes and their prices are published on the products page or in the proposal we send you. If they differ, the accepted proposal prevails.

3. Content and approval

• We prepare content based on information about your business. You are responsible for ensuring that the information, texts, logos and images you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
• Nothing is published without approval: yours or that of the person you designate during onboarding. You can request changes or reject any piece.
• Published content belongs to you. We may show it as an example of our work only with your permission.
• AI-drafted content may contain errors; that is why prior approval exists.

4. Social media connections

• To publish, you connect your account (LinkedIn, Facebook Page and Instagram professional account) through each platform's official login. We only request the permissions needed to publish, read your posts' insights and, if hired, handle comments.
• You must be an administrator of those accounts or be authorized by their owner.
• Platforms may change their rules or limit posting or reach. We do not control their decisions and do not guarantee reach or follower results.
• You can disconnect your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).

5. Price, payment and renewal

Subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe and renew monthly unless cancelled. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it is not settled, we pause the service until it is.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by writing to hello@aetheronlabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; published content stays on your accounts and we delete access authorizations within 30 days.

7. Liability

We provide the service with professional diligence. We are not liable for outages or changes of third-party platforms or for media outlets' decisions on publishing press releases. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Website use

Texts, designs and trademarks on aetheronlabs.com belong to their owner. Copying them for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed.

9. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States). Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Consumers always keep the rights and venue granted by the law of their country of residence.
